Cancellation Policy
▫️There will be a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment
▫️There will be a 100% cancellation fee for any cancellations and rescheduled appointments within 24 hours of appointment time
▫️All No-Shows will require a deposit for future bookings
▫️After 10 minutes with no communication with me day of appointment, you will be considered No Call-No show and a fee will be charged
▫️There are NO Refunds for any services or Gift Certificate Purchases, but you CAN transfer your service or GC to another client
